Priority date finally became current for EB-2 India
Been watching the bulletin every month for four years. Moved forty-five days this time.
I-485 approved after 14 months at NBC
Filed in March last year, biometrics in May, then nothing for almost a year. Card was produced last week. Posting the dates in case it helps anyone still waiting.
RFE response accepted — what happens next
Sent the response in July with the extra employment letters. Status changed to response received the same week.
Anyone else waiting on an I-130 at Nebraska?
Filed in March, still no biometrics notice. Looking for company more than answers at this point.
You do NOT need a lawyer for an RFE, just do this
Do not waste money. Write the response yourself and say the evidence was already submitted. Officers have to accept it, that is the actual rule.
